Company Founded — Established in Shanghai as a specialized racking manufacturer

2004 - 2006

ISO9001:2000 Certified — One of the first to ship pre-galvanized frames to Europe

2007 - 2010

AS4084 Compliance — Racking installed in Chile withstood the magnitude 8.8 earthquake in 2010. Supplied IKEA and Goodyear (7,000 stillages)

2010 - 2019

Major Growth — ISO9001:2015, AS4084-2012, FEM 10.2.02 & 10.2.09 certified. Supplied Gurit (UK/Spain/Canada), ASRS projects in Thailand and China. CE Certification obtained

2020 - 2023

2024

New Factory — Relocated to a modern, expanded manufacturing facility. Racking building system project in Finland. Shuttle racking to UK (>50 x 40HC containers). CTU & AGV racks to Japan. OEM services for Korean manufacturers

🎨 Powder Coating Production Line

  • Comprehensive pre-treatment: shot blasting, oil removal, cleaning, phosphating
  • Automatic dual-station spray with Swiss GEMA guns
  • Large cyclone with secondary recovery system for high powder utilization
  • Advanced hot air circulation system for stable curing temperature

Quality Control

We implement first-piece inspection for every component, at every production station, for every order. Additionally, QC inspections are conducted at 30-minute intervals to ensure consistent quality throughout the production process.

We also conduct regular tensile and yield strength tests to ensure only qualified raw materials are used in production.
